Duck Huntng in Florida's Panhandle

One relatively unknown activity in the Panama City, Florida area is duck hunting.  During the winter months many species of duck head for the Florida Panhandle and the waters surrounding Panama City and spend the winter. Whether you want to go after wood ducks and fast flying ringnecks on the freshwater lakes in Panama City, Florida or head to the bay for redheads, bluebills, greenwing teal and pintails, Capt. J.P. has many years of duck hunting experience.  Over the years 17 species of ducks have been taken by Capt. J.P.

The only duck hunting guide in the Florida Panhandle, Capt. J.P. will guarantee the "opportunity" for you to shoot ducks or your there will be no charge.  It is not uncommon for parties to take there limits.  Of course shooting skill is necessary.  Capt. J.P. hunts out of a 17 foot G-III by Yamaha with a duck blind built onto the boat.  Powered by a quality Yamaha 40 hp your trip will be fast and comfortable.

Those that have time while in Panama City, Florida can take a "cast and blast" trip.  Duck hunting in the morning with a light tackle or flyfishing trip in the afternoon for trout and redfish.

Cast and blast trips are becoming very popular and Capt. J.P. is the only person offering this in Panama City, maybe even in all of the Panhandle of Florida.
